―― PROJECT OVERVIEW
El Mahrousa Social Housing is a landmark residential development in Cairo, comprising more than 200 buildings and around 5,000 housing units, designed to meet the growing demand for sustainable, affordable urban living.
In line with governmental directives and community needs, our team led the comprehensive design, supervision and execution of the project’s vital service zones, ensuring the neighborhood functions as a complete and self-sufficient community.
The services include a mosque, a nursery, a healthcare unit, a fire station, a commercial hub and multiple retail outlets. A dedicated service district was also developed, featuring a central mosque, a fully equipped community center, a modern medical center and a police facility — each integrated to ensure accessibility, safety and convenience for residents.
Going beyond conventional planning, the project introduces architectural and urban strategies that enhance functionality, social interaction and long-term sustainability, reflecting our commitment to urban design that improves the quality of life for its community.
