This project involved the full design and construction of the Communication Technology Complex in Riyadh, United Arab Emirates. The scope included the main technology facility built to accommodate advanced communication and infrastructure needs, alongside residential components consisting of modern villa units and apartment buildings. A Civil Police facility was also developed as part of the site to serve the area’s operational and security requirements. The project reflects a comprehensive approach to planning and execution, integrating essential services and housing in a cohesive, functional environment.
