Redevelopment project at Mahmoudia Lake – Alexandria, transforming an existing site into an integrated service and recreational destination. The development included reconfiguring circulation and introducing a drive-thru lane, children’s play areas, organized parking zones, and a fully serviced gas station. In addition, the rooftops of the restaurants overlooking the lake were utilized as open seating areas, offering a unique experience for visitors. The project aims to create a contemporary environment that combines daily services, entertainment, and enjoyment of the surrounding natural scenery, while enhancing traffic efficiency and overall site functionality.
