The challenge was to optimize space and minimize costs while maximizing the number of rooms, ensuring a high level of privacy. We also focused on incorporating small courtyards to provide a peaceful environment for the guests. Special attention was given to people with disabilities by designing accessible rooms on the ground floor. Additionally, the facades were designed to complement the function of the building and create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
