The project represents a transformative intervention that reimagined a site once characterized by scattered, disjointed structures and underutilized open areas. Through a strategic masterplan, the redevelopment introduced a cohesive and highly functional layout centered around a circular circulation spine that intuitively leads visitors to the main entrance. The spatial organization clearly delineates academic functions—grouping lecture halls, classrooms, and administrative offices into distinct, purpose-driven zones—enhancing clarity of movement and operational efficiency.
This reconfiguration gave rise to a prominent front plaza that serves as a welcoming public interface, along with two interconnected courtyards at the rear, offering shaded, accessible outdoor spaces that promote gathering, relaxation, and flow between buildings. A key element of the design was the preservation of the site’s heritage zone, which was left untouched to safeguard its historical integrity while being respectfully woven into the new architectural context. The outcome is a balanced composition that merges contemporary educational needs with cultural continuity—creating a unified, human-centered environment that maximizes space, improves functionality, and honors the site's legacy.
