This project balances heritage preservation with modern functionality. To address student growth and space inefficiencies, the ground floor was opened for movement, while staircases serve as seating areas for interaction. The facade uses exposed brick to complement the surrounding buildings, with openings providing excellent views of the landscaped areas. The basement serves as parking, and a circular entrance highlights the main access point, accommodating high student traffic. The design optimizes space, enhances flow, and fosters an inspiring environment for creativity.
